Animals Discussion <br />21 April 2025 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion Questions <br />1) Should the keeping of animals and/or farm animals be permissive or prohibitive? <br />a) Permissive means that an animal not specifically identified is prohibited; Prohibitive means <br />animals are allowed except for clearly specified prohibited animals. <br />2) Should the keeping of animals be regulated differently (accessory use versus conditional use) <br />depending on the zoning district, property size, or proximity to a lake or public water? <br />3) Should the accessory uses be expanded to include the keeping of household or domesticated <br />animals?
