Any conditions <br />imposed must be directly related to and must bear a rough proportionality to the impact created by the <br />IUP. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />The City has not received any public comments regarding the application. <br /> <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the Interim Use Permit for grading in excess of 20,000-square feet for a <br />storm sewer replacement project, subject to the following conditions: <br />1) The interim use permit will be active until May 1,2026, as requested by the applicant. <br />2) The proposed grading work on the property will comply with the submitted plans. <br />3) The applicant shall obtain an administrative grading permit and ensure all other permits for <br />other governmental agencies are obtained prior to commencing work on the site, this includes <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
