The 60-day review period will end on May 24, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant requests to construct a new, larger 234 square foot covered porch addition on the <br />west side of the home to replace an existing 55 square foot porch. Due to the location of the <br />existing home 30 feet from the OHWL, lake setback and hardcover variances are required.
