INC. <br />Mr. Mike Gaffron -2-February 22, 1989 <br />Ron Lauer of Lauer Homes has directed Schoell & Madson to conduct a <br />detailed topography survey of an area within the site for the new basin. The <br />area chosen Is a "low" area and construction of a basin would have a minimum <br />impact on the natural "setting". After the survey Is completed, we will design <br />a basin and submit the plan to you. <br />It Is our opinion that the recommended basin addresses your drainage <br />concerns and those of the neighbors.
