The plan <br />presently shows the proposed house grading but does not <br />include the drainase basin. On Thursday, April 6, I <br />discussed with Glen Cook the drainage improvements that <br />would be required by the City. The improvements we dis­ <br />cussed are quite different from what was originally requested <br />and will require additional design and possibly some field <br />survey. Before proceeding with work on the larger basin I need <br />to discuss the project ^'ith Mr. Lauer who will be back in <br />Minneapolis on Tuesday. <br />We would appreciate that this project be included on the <br />April 17th planning commission agenda. We will be submitting <br />to you a complete Grading and Drainage Plan as soon as possible <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
