MM 55323 <br />Attn: Mike Gaffron <br />Re: 139-1326 Vayzata Country Club <br />Dear Mike: <br />Ve have reviewed the hydralic calculations submitted on the Vayzata Country <br />Club Subdivision. There is currently a problem with drainage to the south of <br />this subdivision. Ve would recommend that the runoff from this site be <br />reduced below the existing condition. <br />Ve would recoounend that a ponding area be created near the southwest comer of <br />the site. The ponding area should be capable of storing 50 percent of the <br />runoff from a 100 year storm. The constriction of a berm along the south line <br />to elevation 978 as shown would provide the aesired storage.
