The proposed plan would not result in any significant change in <br />drainage. <br />It is difficult to determine from the drawings ;.ubmitted where the excavated <br />material will be placed on the site. The property owner should submit an <br />amended drawing clearly outlining the existing and proposed contours in fill <br />areas. The entire site should be restored as soon as possible after the <br />excavation work is completed. <br />The level area on the lot would be increased with the proposed construction <br />allowing more water to percolate into the soil.
