Applicant intends to replace the <br />remainder of his deck and stairway in kind. <br />The Planning Commission at their May 15th meeting <br />recommended 6-0 to approve, finding no impact on neighboring <br />properties, with the condition that the interior garage wall <br />adjacent to the deck be sheet rocked to create a fire wall, and <br />that the portions of deck and stairway within 10' of the garage <br />may never be enclosed either above or below the deck platform. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation, per the attached resolution.
