Sonnack <br />2740 Shadywocd Road <br />Excelsior, Minnesota 55331 <br />Home Phone No.: 471-9363 <br />Office Phone No.: <br />EXISTING LAND USE <br />Present Use of Parcels: Single Family Residential <br />Present Zoning District: LR-IB <br />PROPOSAL <br />Applicants propose a lot line rearrangement to provide the <br />Fiebelkorns with additional usable land and to enable them to <br />maintain a pool equipment shed which encroaches slightly upon <br />the Dunsheath Parcel. <br />When the Fiebelkorns purchased their parcel, the Dunsheaths and <br />Fiebelkorns believed that a refuse container structure owned <br />and used by the Dunsheaths encroached slightly upon the <br />Fiebelkorn Parcel. The Dunsheaths requested permission cf the <br />Fiebelkorns to main*-ain that structure and the Fiebelkorns' <br />consent was given. Lcter the Fiebelkorns constructed the <br />subject pool equipment shed on their side of that structure. <br />When a survey of the Fiebelkorn Parcel was later prepared, the <br />Applicants discovered the true location of the respective <br />property boundaries. The Dunsheaths and Fiebelkorns had been <br />in error; the garbage container structure was completely on the <br />Di^sheath Parcel, and the pool equipment structure that the <br />Fiebelkorns had constructed encroached slightly upon the <br />Dunsheath Parcel. <br />- 2 -
