A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OP <br />A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT AT <br />2739/2740 SHADYWOOD ROAD <br />FILE NO. 1401 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations <br />for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by John <br />and Nancy Feibelkorn and Douglas Dunsheath and Mary Sonnack <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described <br />as follows: <br />Tracts C & D, Registered Land Surv- <br />County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the prc <br />’To. 420, Hennepin <br />ty"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all <br />requirements of the City for metes and bounds subdivision of a <br />lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br />division of a lot line rearrangement for John and Nancy <br />Feibelkorn and Douglas Dunsheath and Mary Sonnack as shown on the <br />Certificate of Survey by W. Brov;n Land Surveying Inc. dated <br />December 9, 1988 and revised May 26, 1989 and attached to this <br />resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of <br />Orono, the owner of Tract C, RiiS No. 420 must apply to the <br />City for legal combination for tax purposes with Parcel 1 as <br />described in the survey noted above. <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached <br />Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before <br />December 12, 1989 together with a certified original copy of <br />this resolution. <br />Page 1 of 2
