i <br />0 <br />Ll <br />RESOLUTION #582 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1975 <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 62 of the Municipal Code provides for the licensing of <br />those persons engaged in the retail sale of cigarettes and other tobacco <br />products and establishes a fee for the license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized <br />to issue licenses in 1974 to the following persons for sale of cigarettes <br />and tobacco products at the locations indicated below: <br />Arthur Gunderson <br />Harold's Beverage Service <br />Midwest Vending <br />Russell Wenkstern <br />Richard Keaveny <br />Leroy Koehnen <br />Village of Orono <br />Leo Scherber <br />Donald Abel <br />William Hoff Distributing <br />Francis K. Tyra <br />for Union 76 Station <br />Fleming Manufacturing Company <br />Olson's Equal Station <br />Lakeview Golf of Minnetonka <br />" Keaveny's Navarre Drug <br />Koehnen Standard Oil Station <br />" Orono Golf Course <br />" Saga Hill Grocery <br />Wayzata Country Club <br />Navarre Shell Station <br />" Tyra's Super Valu <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held January 28, 1975. <br />i <br />Robert L.
