RESOLUTION #578 <br />Member, Welsh <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />is WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of <br />, offered the following <br />Orono <br />has <br />received from the County of Hennepin, a list of lands in said municipality which <br />became the property of the State of Minnesota, for non-payment of 1966 Real Estate <br />Taxes, which said list has been designated as Classification List "647 C" and <br />WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been <br />classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as <br />non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said <br />Board of County Commissioners: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioner <br />of each parcel of land described in said list as non -conservation land be and the <br />same is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the <br />same is hereby approved.
