• <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 572 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a watermain <br />extension with hydrants to serve the properties along County <br />Road 19, North Arm Drive, North Shore Drive and Highwood <br />Road, and to assess the benefited property for all of a por- <br />tion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, <br />as amended). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />that the proposed improvement be referred to Skip McCombs, <br />the City Engineer, for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the council with all convenient speed advising <br />• the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this <br />11th day of February, 1975 by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Robert L.
