The septic system would need to be redesigned if additional bedrooms are desired. TI IS IS NOT A PERM1 This is a design approval form which must accompany the site plait. A permit must be issued to a licensed septic contractor prior to i—stallation. A list of currently licensed septic contractors is ,inclosed. NOTICE TO INSTALLERS: Any changes to the approved plans and specs must have prior approval of the Inspector (4"3-7357). Call for inspections 24 hours in advance. ALL DRAINFIELD AREAS MUST BE FENCED OFF pl for to building site excavation and fencing must remain in place until final site grading. Approval to pour footings will not be granted until the inspections Department has verified that primary anu alternate sites are adequately protected. NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF ANY KIND (cars, trucks, earth moving equipment, etc.) is allowed within 20' of tested draintield sites either before or after smstem construction. Compaction of these areas could render them unusable prohibiting the timely completion al;.l or limiting tliP long term use of the property.
