E <br />RESOLUTION #561 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING DIVISION AND VARIANCE <br />OF 3133 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the Council adopted a resolution approving <br />this division and variance on October 24, 1973 subject to <br />certain conditions set out by the Council on that date; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has fulfilled all of the <br />conditions set out by the Council on October 24, 1973; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the application of <br />Byrne Ghostley for a division and variance of 3133 Casco <br />Point Road shall be and hereby is unconditionally granted. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at <br />a regular meeting held September 24, 1974. <br />• <br />,1 ec �:z <br />Obert L.
