r <br />RESOLUTION # 559 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1975 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1975 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, County <br />of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied <br />for the current year, collectible in 1975 upon taxable property <br />in the City of Orono, for the following purpose: <br />For All Funds including P.E.R.A. 411,175 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of <br />$29,100 for 1975 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is <br />unnescessary and is ordered cancelled. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund <br />levy of $2,200 for 1975 adopted October 9, 1972 by Resolution #465 <br />is necessary and should be collected. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund <br />levy of 19,900 for 1975 adopted by Resolution #556 on September <br />10, 1974 is necessary and should be collected. <br />The City Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a <br />certified copy of the resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, %nnesota at a <br />regular meeting held September 24, 197 4- <br />o ert earles, `iayor <br />Attest: <br />1,Vr .,.enson, rk fi-,dministrator <br />10 <br />
