ORDINANCE # r SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY ALLOWING OVERSIZE <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURES WHICH MEET SPECIFIC <br />PERFORMANCE ST/^ARDS <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby <br />amended by repealing Section 10*03^ Subdivision 9 (C) and adding <br />a new Section 10.03/ Subdivision 9 (C) to read as follows: <br />C. Area Restrictions, /n '11 "R" districts no accessory <br />building shall exceed 1,040 square feet of footprint area <br />except that accessory structures in excess of 1,040 square <br />feet will be allowed under the following conditions: <br />1. Not more than one oversized accessory structure <br />shall be permitted on any property. An "oversized <br />accessory structure" is defined as an accessory <br />structure of footprint area in excess of 1,040 square <br />feet. <br />2.
