ORDIHAMCE # , SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY ALLOWING OVERSIZE <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURES WHICH MEET SPECIFIC <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />The City Council of Orono ordainn as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby <br />amended by repealing Section 10.03# Subdivision 9 (C) and adding <br />a new Section 10.03# Subdivision 9 (C) to read as follows: <br />C. ;^rea Restrictions. In all "R" districts no accessory <br />buil:^* ^ shall exceed 1#040 square feet of footprint area <br />e>. -rti. . chat accessory structures in excess of 1#040 square <br />fe^t will be allowed under the following conditions: <br />1. Not more than one oversized accessory structure <br />shall be permitted on any property. An "oversized <br />accessory structure" is defined as an accessory <br />structure of footprint area in excess of 1#040 square <br />feet. <br />2.
