Resolution No. <br />Exhibit A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />That part of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 11, Township 117 North, Range 23 <br />West of the 5th Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the <br />northwest corner of said Government Lot 1, thence on an assumed bearing of East <br />along the north line of said Government Lot 1 a distancs of 1125.09 feet to a <br />Government Meander Corner; thence South 10 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a <br />distance of 887.66 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; <br />thence North 67 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 167 feet to <br />the shore of Lake Minnetonka; thence southerly along the shore of Lake <br />Minnetonka and its southerly extention to an intersection with the centerline <br />of the channel which connects Lake Minnetonka with Tanager Lake; thence <br />westerly along said centerline to an intersection with the southerly extention <br />of the east shore of Tanager Lake; thence northerly along said southerly <br />extention and east shore to an intersection with a line which bears South 67 <br />degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 67 <br />degrees 48 ninutes 00 seconds East a distance of 127 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Except that part thereof platted as Hennepin County State Aid <br />Plat 51, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Highway No. 15
