D) All portions of floats exceeding 250’ in distance <br />to ensure fire department access shall be provided with <br />an approved wet standpipe system installed in <br />conformity with Uniform Building Code Section 382 as <br />follows: <br />i. Hose station shall be spaced as to provide <br />protection to any portion of the floats or the <br />floating vessels. <br />ii. Hoses shall be mounted on a reel or rack and <br />enclosed within an approved cabinet Hose station <br />shall be labeled "Fire Hose - Emergency Use Only". <br />iii. All equipment shall meet the approval of the <br />fire inspector. <br />6. Erosion control shall be employed at all times on the <br />site during the time of the expansion of the parking lot <br />area. <br />1% Applicant to apply for a building permit for commercial <br />dock construction. <br />8. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br />must be exercised by the application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval or this <br />approval will expire on that date (May 22, 1990). <br />9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />10. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and <br />hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br />of Genmar Industries, it heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the <br />chain of title of the property. <br />Page 6 of 8
