(60.7%) <br />The existing sidewalk leading from the house to the <br />lakeshore shall be removed prior to issuance of a building <br />permit for the garage addition. The steel storage shed <br />shall be removed from the property when the garage addition <br />is complete. <br />Final hardcover layout «shall be as shown in Exhibit B <br />attached. <br />2. When the foundation for the existing house is replaced, <br />the basement floor elevation shall be raised to elevation <br />932.5* or higher, to be above the flood plain level. <br />3. Applicants shall maintain suitable grades around the <br />house so that no additional drainage is directed to the <br />neighboring properties on either side. <br />4. The applicants are advised that any future additions <br />resulting in additional hardcover on the property will not <br />be approved, but might be approved only in conjunction with <br />concurrent removals of existing hardcover, resulting in no <br />net increase in hardcover on the property. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br />and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br />variance will expire on that date (May 8, 1990). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />Page 4 of 6
