M. <br />1. Minnetonka Boat Works. !nc. (Drone) <br />Review of Public Hearing Findings and consideration of the Special Density <br />Pereit and new dock license application. The Executive Director reviewed the <br />findings as detailed in the Public Hearing report. <br />MOTION <br />It was eoved by Hurr, seconded by Foster, to recoaeend to the Board that the <br />Special Density Perait and new dock license application of Minnetonka Boat <br />Works, Orono, be approved, the applicant to work with staff on the use of the <br />last two slips at the channel, signage for the proposed fishing pier and over­ <br />look, review need for variance for the fishing pier along with detereining its <br />location, and soliciting Water Fatrcl ccaaents on the application. <br />Rascop expressed concern about the speed with which this is being handled. Hur'‘ <br />explained the applicant subeitted its eaterial and fees March 2, but due to <br />staff eisunder standings the Public Hearing did not get scheduled preceding the <br />March Board netting. <br />The Coeiittee accepted a friendly aaendeent to the notion which would allow <br />contents fron the public up to the tiee of the Board neeting. <br />Motion carried as anended, Rascep voting nay. <br />2. ALBAN’S BAY MARINA AND YACHT CLUB <br />It was noved by Brathwol, seconded by Cochran, to anend the agenda to allow <br />parties interested in the subject iten tine to srrive as they were given a tine <br />of 8:30 A. M. Motion carried unaninously. <br />3. SMITH’S BAY MARINA AND YACHT CLUB <br />Dock Mooring Area request for teaporary low water extension. A fo'nal <br />application has not been received and the applicant is not yet prepaf-ed to <br />subiit a plan. The applicant has indicated willmgr.tss to provide a slip for
