Zoning File #1394 <br />May 3, 1989 <br />Additional Cofments and Planning Coamission Recomnendation - <br />The Planning Commission unanimously approved the after-the- <br />fact setback variance from the designated wetland of 6* per the <br />findings set forth in the staff memo. The Planning Commission <br />also recommended that the applicant, Dennis Evans, be refunded <br />the $150.00 fee for the variance application. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the approval <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission. If Council also <br />approves the refund of the fee, staff will initiate the refund <br />process within the City.
