Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />From: Kim Edwards <br />2450 Wcodhaven Long Lake <br />Date: April 27th 1989 <br />Subjoct: Response to Planning Commission Meeting of April 17th <br />In regards to the reccomcndatlons of my property; <br />Upon approval from the council, I havo intent of removing <br />the fill that extends on to the neighboring property as re­ <br />quested and adjussting to the desired grade. Howevei, the <br />request for twenty 6ft. tall trees within a years time, I find to <br />be an unrealistic and unnecessary request. Vy intent Is to <br />plant trees, however, tho expense of the size and time limit is <br />impossible for me to meet. Enclosed you will find a bid for the <br />trees requested in the amount of S6,o34.90 from a local nursery. <br />I have no means financially to adhere to the request and ask <br />that the size and time frame bo dropped from the roccowmendation <br />to the council. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kim Edwards
