The <br />house is quite small, and is near but not in the 0-75' setback zone. <br />Staff would anticipate a request for additions to the residence at <br />some future date, although applicant has no plans for additions at <br />this time. <br />Applicant is a hobbyist wood worker and has not indicated any desire <br />to use the proposed workshop area for home occupation purposes. <br />(Remember that home occupations must take place in the principal <br />residence and not in an accessory building.)
