MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD JUNE 11, 1974 <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the sub- <br />division for 915 Brown Road North, be filed <br />as was stiuplated in the Council Minutes of <br />January 1971 before any approval is given to <br />the John Timura request. Motion, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0) . <br />Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />subdivision for R. C. Hedlund, 3095 North <br />Shore Drive, since it was in existence as a <br />separate tax parcel and due to the fact that <br />it conformed to the proposed zoning and exist- <br />ing zoning for that area. A variance to the <br />Moratorium is also recognized as being in <br />order. Motion, Ayes ( 3 ) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved Butler seconded, to accept the <br />motorcycle from Westside Yamaha. Motion, <br />Ayes (2) - Nays (1). Councilman Paurus Nay. <br />The Council wished to lay over until June 25, <br />1974, the proposal of Ehlers and Associates <br />concerning the bonding refund. <br />r Mr. Wayne Long, representing Orr-Schelen- <br />Mayeron, presented to the Council the <br />specifications of the pending sewer project. <br />Mr. Long suggested that the Council meet with <br />a representative from Orr-Schelen-Mayeron at <br />` a special work session and then be prepared <br />to go to bids on June 25, 1974. <br />Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to support <br />Resolution #542, for the creation of Hunger <br />Day in Hennepin County, June 16, 1974, and <br />the City Hall be used for the location of a <br />food drop-off barrel and a donation on the <br />part of the City.
