• <br />RESOLUTION #516 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION <br />OF AN UNNAMED CARTWAY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according <br />to law, a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the <br />Village Hall in the Village of Orono, Minnesota on October 9,1973 <br />at 7:30 P.M. to consider the vacation of an unnamed cartway, <br />described as follows: <br />The West two (2) rods of the West half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 6, Township 117 North, Range 23 West, <br />lying Northerly of County Road 84. <br />Also, any cartway located North of County Road <br />84, and lying within the North one-half of the <br />Northeast one-quarter of Section 6, Township 117, <br />Range 23. <br />WHEREAS, no public intent would be served in the predictable <br />future by keeping the unnamed cartway as a Village road, <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation <br />of the said cartway is in the best interests of the Village: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the above described <br />cartway is hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held October 9, 1973. <br />Attest: <br />• <br />Louis B.
