• <br />RESOLUTION # 514 <br />A RESOLUTION PROHIBITING DEVELOPMENT <br />ON A 2.39 ACRE SITE <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the sub- <br />division of Parcel 46001, Section 6, creating a 2.39 acre site, and <br />WHEREAS, the width and size of the parcel is inadequate <br />to be a building site in itself: <br />WHEREAS, the need to provide a means of public access <br />to Parcel 4300, Section 31 is recognized: <br />NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the newly <br />created 2.39 acre lot is declared an unbuildable lot, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2.39 acre site will <br />remain unbuilda6le until it is combined with property to the east <br />• or west, or until zoning standards are changed to allow construction <br />of a dwelling without a variance. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held October 9, 191130 <br />Attest:+', <br />amrys a`sfiiy, er - m n:strator <br />0 <br />
