RESOLUTION N f 509 <br />A RES01AUITION APPROVING THE VACATIO14 OF <br />OAK PLACE <br />WHEREAS76 pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, <br />a public nearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Mall in <br />the Village of Orono, Minnesota on May 12, 1969 at 7:30 P.M, to consider <br />the vac, --tion of Oak Place, described as follows;; <br />Block 6 and Block 7, Saga Bill Revised <br />Section 7 Township 117 Range 23 <br />WHEREAS, no public: intent would. be served it the predictable <br />fvzure by keeling Oak Place as a Village road, <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of the <br />said street is in the best interests of the Vi.1'.age: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the above dascri.bed street <br />is hereby vacated, <br />BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED What such vacation shall aot affect the <br />right of the Minneapolis Cas Company, its successors or assigns,, to enter <br />upon that portion of the aforedescribed Oak Place which is described as <br />follows g to -wit: <br />The Easterly and Southeasterly 20 feet, as measured at <br />so right angles to the Easterly and Southeasterly lines <br />thereof, of all that part of flak Place, vacated, lying <br />between Blocks : <br />
