EXPERIENCE <br />(Continued) <br />CIVIL ENGINEER (6/81 to 2/86) City of Maple Grove, Maple Grove, Minnesota. <br />Joined city staff as Engineering Aide to assist in projea inspection and drafting. <br />Later returned as Engineering Administrative Technician and gained experience in <br />additional areas, including: project bonding, casement document preparation, <br />subdivision platting requirements and the preparation of developers’ agreements. <br />Promoted to Qvil Engineer. Responsibilities included: <br />- Preparing Assessment Roles upon project completion <br />- Reviewing Site Plans to ensure they met with Qty Standards <br />- Granting approval on Grading and Development Plans <br />- Designing Street and Utility Projects and seeing them through to <br />completion <br />- Preparing and submitting special Reports on Long-range Capital <br />Improvement Planning <br />- Overseeing and scheduling work for four Engineering Technicians <br />- Establishing Procedures to minimize design/construction problems <br />- Preparing Traffic Studies <br />EDUCATION BACHELOR OF CIVIL ENGII'lEERING (1984) University of Minnesou, <br />Minneapolis.
