Based on information con* <br />tained in this report, it is reccmmended that) <br />1. This report be adopted by the City of Orono as a guide for con­ <br />struction of the sanitary sewer system and water main system to <br />serve the Rebers and Ottens Subdivions. <br />2. The City conduct a legal and fiscal review of the proposed proj­ <br />ect prior to proceeding. <br />3. The City . v. n negotiations with the Citic? of Long Lake and <br />Medina for reassignment of sewer units and expansion of the sewer <br />system. <br />4. The City began negotiations with the cities of Long Lake and <br />Medina to develop a cooperative water system agreement. <br />5. A public hearing be held to determine further action to be <br />taken. The property owners in the Service Area should be notifed. <br />6.
