ALTERNATIVES - <br />Issue 1. Directing Plans and Specs be Drawn <br />1. Direct Engineer to undertake. <br />2. Table consideration. <br />3. Choose not to undertake. <br />The feasibility report recommended schedule is in error and <br />should be revised as follows: <br />Receive Preliminary Report and <br />Order Plans and Specifications <br />Approve Plans and Sepcifications <br />Public Hearing and <br />Award Bid <br />April 24, 1989 <br />May 22, 1989 <br />June 12, 1989 <br />June 26, 1989 <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that plans and specifications <br />be drawn and that these be brought back for approval at the May <br />22, 1989 Council meeting. At this time more definitive financing <br />will be presented at which time a public hearing should be set <br />in conjunction with consideration of bids for construction. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by __, that the Council <br />direct the Engineer to undertake the necessary plans and <br />specifications for the Highway 12 sewer Part I and the water <br />system.
