Pfeilsticker <br />1830 Lakeview Terrace <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />Re: 1830 Lakeview Terrace, <br />Proper License <br />Dear Mr. Pfeilsticker: <br />Orono - Home Occupation without <br />On February 10, 1989, I conducted an inspection of your <br />property at the above subject property which revealed that you <br />were operating a retail sales operation and possibly the sale of <br />snowmobiles. I am writing this letter to Inform you that <br />pursuant to Section 10.20, Subdivision 4 (C) of the Orono <br />Municipal Code, it is prohibited to do the following: <br />1. It is unlawful for any business operating as a home <br />occupation to engage in an operation without a proper <br />license. <br />2. All persons engaged in the business must reside in the <br />dwelling. <br />3. No commercial signs permitted other than signs permitted <br />in the residential zone. <br />4. No excessive stock and trade may be stored on the <br />premises. <br />5. Over-the-counter retail sales are not allowed. <br />6.
