Mr. & Mrs. George Partridge of 625 Spring Hill Road have <br />petitioned the City to vacate portions of the unused roadway, specifically <br />the 40* of the former County Road. <br />William F. Rottschaefer, Mr. & Mrs. Partridge's attorney, and the City <br />Engineer will provide the appropriate legal description for the quit claim <br />deed within the next 10 days. <br />Please contact my office if additional information is necessary for <br />the City's request for the deeding of the right-of-way to the City of <br />Orono. <br />Sincerely ( <br />'Y—0. <br />Jeanne A.
