In granting approval of this conditional use permit, the City also <br />reconfirms all conditions set forth by the M.W.C.C. in their approval <br />letter to the applicant dated 9/28/88. <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terras and condi­ <br />tions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning <br />code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and <br />shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7.
