Staff has not noted^ this in <br />the original memo to the Planning Commission, but advised that^ this <br />be consistent with previous applications involving land alterations of this <br />magnitude <br />The Piiinning Commission, as with staff, both noted that they had no <br />concern with Washington Scientific meeting their obligation as far as the <br />final grading and seeding. Staff advised that it is not <br />distinguish between a favorable and an unfavorable applicant and tnat tne <br />City would be required to be consistent on this matter. <br />Staff must recommend that they add the requirement for the execution <br />of a Developer's Agreement with the accompaniment of the appropriate <br />security. <br />The Planning Commission unanimously adopted approval of the <br />conditional use permit application of Washington Scientific. The enclose <br />resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions^ of the start <br />recommendation as noted above and as amended in the addendum information.
