The Planning Commission recommended approval at their February <br />21, 1989 meeting. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />Proposed Motion - Moved b^ _ _, seconded by _ _, to approve the metes & <br />bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for Thomas E.
