Allow no expansion of house closer to the lake than existing <br />superstructure (i.e. denial of 4* addition to south side). <br />2. Additions may not be closer than 10* to west lot line. <br />3. Hardcover may not exceed pre-existing square footages on the <br />property. <br />4. Replacement of foundation under existing house should be allowed. <br />5.
