HINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1973 <br />No report on the Watershed Subdistricts was <br />presented at this time due to the fact that <br />Hr. Loucks had not been able to have his <br />meeting with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District. A report should be forthcoming <br />at the next Council meeting. <br />The Village Council instructed the Village <br />Administrator to file the Casco Park Deed <br />waicA was given to him by the Village <br />Attorney this night. <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br />Resolution #507, A Resolution Concerning <br />Speed Limits On Ferndale Road. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br />Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to change <br />the October Council meetings so that the <br />Village Council will have its regular <br />meetings on October 9 & October 24, 1973, <br />respectively. This action was taken due <br />to the fact that the normal meeting schedules <br />of the second and fourth Alondays of each month <br />in October are both holidays. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />The Village Attorney had no additional <br />F information concerning the Navarre water <br />project. <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve <br />t,ie expenditures of Federal Revenue Sharing <br />Funds for the amount ncessary to permit <br />the blinnehaha Watershed Creel: District <br />to establish the bench ;nark areas in its <br />study that -it is currently doing for the <br />Village of Orono. Alotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve <br />the marina license for Gayle's Marina. <br />Iotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). Mayor Oberhauser <br />abstained. <br />Butler moved, Nassengale seconded, that the <br />All Fund Accounts 14498 through 14598 and <br />S �• <br />Liquor Store Accounts 9576 tarouga 9599, <br />be paid.
