RESOLUTION #504 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF <br />ADA"4S STREET <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to <br />law, a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village <br />Hall in the Village of Orono, Minnesota on .Pune 11, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. <br />to consider the vacation of Adams Street, described as follows; <br />Vacate Adams Street from County Road #19 (North Shore <br />Drive) to the southerly right-of-way for Park Avenue in <br />Berquist & Wicklund°s Park <br />Section 7 > Township 117 - Range 23 <br />WHEREAS, no public intent would be served in the predictable <br />future by keeping Adams Street as a Village road, <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of <br />the said street is in the best interests of the Village: <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the above described <br />street is hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at <br />a regular meeting held August 27, 19730 <br />ames W.
