McCarthy has contributed freely and selflessly <br />of his time and experience , and <br />WHlREA.S, his concern for the quality of life has made him a <br />leader in the field of ecology and_the preservation of Lake <br />Minnetonka, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the citizens of Orono and the <br />Village Council to give recognition for the contributions to <br />the community that this ind3".vidual has performed. <br />NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council extends <br />to William McCarthy its deep appreciation for a job well done. <br />The Council further wishes William McCarthy the very best <br />-happiness and success for the future. <br />Adopted. by the Zrill.age Council. of the Village of.
