WHEREAS, the City of Orono has an interest in the <br />above-cited lot and block due to a Flowage and Conservation <br />Easement filed September 1, 1982 as document #1479974 and a Road <br />and Utilities Easement also filed September 1, 1982 as document <br />#1479975, both documents filed with the Registrar of Titles; and <br />WHEREAS, the two easements were recorded on Certificate <br />#615779 which covered the entire plat of Countryside Manor; and <br />WHEREAS, petitioner has filed a mechanic's lien upon <br />Certificate of Title #626420 covering Lot 3, Block 2 Countryside <br />Manor as of September 22, 1983, as document #1537075. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES STIPULATE that regardless of the <br />outcome of petitioner's mechanics lien foreclosure action, Lot 3, <br />Block 2 Countryside Manor shall remain subject to the Flowage and <br />Conservation Easement and Road and Utilities Easement as cited <br />above in favor of the City of Orono. <br />Dated: , 1984. <br />POPHAM, HAIK, SCHNOBRICH, KAUFMAN i DOTY, <br />Ltd. <br />By <br />Bruce D.
