It is important to the City <br />that its two easements, a Flowage and Conservation Easement and a <br />Road and Utilities Easement be retained regardless of the, outcome <br />of this -mechanic's lien foreclosure proceeding. <br />I am enclosing four original, identical stipulations. <br />Please sign all four stipulations. I assume you will need two of <br />these four stipulations, one for the court and one for your <br />records.
