RESOLUTION #467 <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING LOMA LINDA AVENUE <br />AS A PUBLIC ROAD <br />The Village Council of the Village of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota, does: <br />hereby declare and state that the portion of Loma Linda Avenue which extends <br />past the property known as 1180 Loma Linda Avenue, is legally described as . <br />follows; <br />All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 8, Township 117 North, <br />Range 23.West of the 5th Principal Meridan, described as follows. <br />Commencing at a point on the Section line between Sections 7 and <br />8, Township 117, Range 23, distant 50 feet North of the East and <br />West quarter line of said Section 8; thence running East paralles <br />with said East and West quarter line of said Section 8 to the <br />shore of Lake Minnetonka; thence Northeasterly following said lake - <br />shore to a point distant 100 feet North, measured at right angles <br />from the East and West quarter line of said Section 8, thence West <br />parallel with said East and West quarter line to the section line <br />to the section line between said Sections 7 and 8; thence South <br />along said Section line a distance of 50 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning, <br />has been used by the public and maintained by the Village of <br />Orono as a public road for more than.the last six (6) years. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono,, Minnesota at a reg- <br />ular meeting held October 9, 1972. <br />Louis B. 0 er auser, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />James W. Cos y, Clerk-AdminisErator <br />RESOLUTION #468 <br />October 9, 1972 <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, has received from the Assistant Finance Director - <br />County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, a list of lands in said <br />Village which became the property of the State of Minnesota for non-pay- <br />ment of taxes, which said list has been disignated as Classification <br />List 11646-C"; and <br />WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore <br />been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been <br />authorized by said Board of County Commissioners: <br />
