STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) ss.. <br />VILLAGE OF ORONO ) <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />Village of Orono, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully com- <br />pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the <br />Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the <br />original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full, <br />true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to pro- <br />viding.for the levy of taxes for unassessed portion of Sanitary Sewer Project <br />No. 1971LS-1 and submitting levy to the Hennepin County Auditor. <br />WITNESS My hand officially and the officialf-seal of the Village <br />this <br />(SEAL) <br />day of , 1972. <br />RESOLUTION # 466 <br />VILLAGE CLERK <br />A RESULUTION APPROVING THE 1973 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1973 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, County of <br />Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the <br />current year, collectible in 1973 upon taxable.property in the Village <br />of Orono, for the following purpose: <br />For All Funds including P.E.R.A. $362,989.14 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of <br />$29,100.00 for 1973 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is <br />unnecessary and is ordered cancelled. <br />The Village Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held October 9, 1972. <br />Louis B.
