RESOLUTION #465 (cont.) <br />1. It has been brought to the attention of the Village Coucil of <br />Orono by the Village administration that Sanitary Sewer Project No.. <br />1971LS-1 had a cost outlay of $45,552.00. <br />2. The Village has heretofore levied special assessments adopted' <br />September 25, 1972, for the payment of part of the cost of said improve <br />ments.. The designation of the various improvements, the amount assessed <br />or to be assessed for each, the number•of installments, and the years in - <br />which such installments will be collectible are as follows: <br />Amount Number of Years When <br />Improvement Designation' Assessed Installments Collectible <br />Sanitary Sewer Project <br />No. 1971LS-1 $27;33148 15 1973/87 <br />The balance of the principal of said assessments from time to time re- <br />maining unpaid shall bear interest at the rate of eight percent (8J) <br />per annum. <br />3. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file <br />with the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified copy of this <br />resolution and to obtain from said County Auditor a certificate setting <br />forth the registration of said tax levies in accordance with the provi- <br />sions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 475.61 through 475.63. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />meeting held Octobe'r`'9, 1972. <br />Louis B.
