Gaffron, Asst Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: February 13, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: File #1376, Chris Palm, 1710 Shadywood Road - <br />Rescheduling of Public Hearing <br />The applicant is seeking hardcover variances to allow a detached <br />garage, orginally required to be removed by the City in an <br />earlier review, to remain on the property in exchange for the <br />removal of existing hardcover improvements within the 75-250* <br />setback area. <br />The applicant has notified the City of a scheduling conflict and <br />will not be present at the meeting of February 21, 1989. This <br />memo is to notify you that the item will not be discussed on <br />February 21st, and the public hearing will be held Monday, March <br />20, 1989, at the Orono Council Chambers, 1275 Brown Road South. <br />The meeting starts at 7:00 P.M.
