Bernhardson, City Administrato^^ <br />DATS: March 22, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: Planning Commission Interviews <br />INTRODUCTION - Because of the difficulty in locating the names of <br />past applicants the staff did not send out requests to previous <br />applicants to determine their interest until the week of March <br />20, 1989, Because of this the interviews have been delayed from <br />the March 27th meeting to the April 10, 1989 meeting. The staff <br />will attempt to send out resumes on those interested individuals <br />at least a week prior to that Council meeting. <br />It should be noted that the notice for solicitation of other <br />applications was placed in the Pioneer newspaper March 13th and <br />the Wayzata Weekly News has not printed the news article. To <br />date no new responses have been received in response to those and <br />three oral affirmations from the Planning Commission members <br />whose terms shall expire as of this March. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Council <br />accept the information from the staff and table the interviews <br />until the April 10, 1989 meeting.
