No structure or building shall exceed <br />2-1/2 stories or thirty feet in height except as provided in <br />Section 10.75. <br />Subd. 12. Housing for Low and Moderate Income Persons <br />and Families. In MFPR Projects containing fifty or more dwelling <br />units in all construction*phases, one dwelling unit of every trwelve <br />of the total number of dwelling units shall be provided for <br />eligible persons or families in the low and moderate income range. <br />This provision may be waived by the Council if: <br />of existing low and moderate income housing in the City exceeds the <br />percentage of such dwelling units in the Metropolitan area; (2) <br />funds for subsidy program are not available within one year of <br />application; and (3) the Council determines that the MFPR P*^°3ect <br />location is inaporopriate for such dwelling units because of the <br />lack of public and private support services. <br />A. Density Credit. For all eligible MFPR Projects <br />providing dwelling units for low and moderate <br />families. One additional dwelling unit will be permitted for each <br />twelve dwelling units allowed under the standard lot area <br />requirements of the "M-6" District. <br />B. ProcedJ ’re.
