If accessor/ structures are <br />proposed, they shall be constructed of tx. seuiie <br />building material as the principal structure and be <br />readily served through swinging doors. <br />J. Garages, accessory st:-uctures, screen walls and <br />exposed areas of retaining walls shall be of similar <br />type, quality and appearance as the principal <br />structure. <br />K.
